A Note is a tradable financial instrument on our platform that represents a transferable right to value tied to specific assets or accounts. These Notes provide investors with opportunities to buy, sell, or hold assets for potential profit, operating within a transparent, secure, and flexible marketplace.

Notes on ACEX are designed to offer more than just a passive investment—they can enable active trading of diversified opportunities, including real-world assets, platform accounts, and revenue-generating instruments. Each Note operates on a Willing Seller/Willing Buyer basis, ensuring that all trades are voluntary and mutually beneficial.

Buyers/Investors of Notes on ACEX are individuals or entities that acquire Notes on the ACEX Marketplace (accounts or assets) to unlock their value through strategic Trading and investment.

These participants play a vital role in revitalizing dormant opportunities, benefiting from competitive payout structures, such as an 80% default profit share and eligibility for scaling plans that increase asset potential by up to 20% within 45 days. They can also access higher profit splits of up to 95% and qualify for lifetime partnership benefits, including a share of declared dividends.

By becoming a Buyer/Investor, members gain discounted access to valuable opportunities while contributing to the growth of the ACEX ecosystem. Detailed program incentives are available on the platform.

Going forward, there will be no other new staking accounts on the old T.E.A. or T.E.M platforms. When each Note of early holders of T.E.A. or T.E.M. is acquired, the “ACEX buy-back and burn program” kicks in automatically, reducing the circulating supply of the Notes (accounts), increasing scarcity and perceived value, and thereby offsetting market inefficiencies.

Once all Notes are acquired and running (before the burning), new entrants will need to seek holders willing to release these Strategic Value Assets in order to participate or unlock their potential.

This scarcity will drive up demand for these assets, significantly increasing the value of XTEM V2. This principle will also apply to all new RWA and other value asset stakings in our Earn program (Earn Page) as they become active in the coming months

As Buyer/Trader or Investor your earnings will be paid according to the specific account and plan you have selected. Payments are made bi-monthly, monthly, or every six weeks, depending on your chosen plan.

Create a Marketing Identity:

Create Positive Content:

1 - Publish engaging video and written content about T.E. Markets, its brands, and its products.
2 - Earn tokens for your efforts, which you can use to activate your account or acquire Notes.

Identify and Report Slanderers:

1 - Privately report at least 10 individuals who have deliberately posted defamatory or harmful content about T.E. Markets/ACEX, even those using alias names, to customer support.
2 - Verified reports will result in those members being permanently blocked.
3 - As a reward, you will be granted their forfeited Notes (including their downlines) as your own, ready to generate income. These accounts will belong to you permanently.
4 - Reports of defamatory or harmful content dating as far back as 2020 will only be rewarded to the first eligible early mover, and each instance will be rewarded only once. Check with customer support before submitting your report to confirm eligibility.

Write Positive Articles:

Contribute articles to finance, crypto, trading, and investing blogs, highlighting T.E. Markets/ACEX and its offerings.

Report WhatsApp Groups with Harmful Intent:

1 - Submit a list of individuals (and their contact numbers) from WhatsApp groups formed to harm T.E. Markets/ACEX or its leadership.
2 - Verified reports will earn you one Note, fully set up and ready to generate earnings.
